GRADUATE PROGRAM
Growthpoint runs a Graduate Programme to give students the space to thrive in their chosen field of study. We offer you the important learning opportunities and experiences you need to set you up for your career, exposing you to all aspects of the property industry. The programme sees graduates placed in various sectors across the business, where you will get to learn, understand and experience the different roles and tasks in your area of interest. We also offer a very stringent formal learning experience, creating good habits and knowledge to ensure you gain a successful and sound base in the working world. The programme extends over a period of 11 months, and there is an opportunity for you to apply for any permanent positions that may be offered in the business. The programme is ideal for you if you have an interest in Property Management, Facilities Management, Finance, HR, CSR and Sustainability.
