Growthpoint is a property investment holding company listed under the “Financial - Real Estate” sector of the JSE Limited (JSE). We are the largest listed South African property company on the JSE by market capitalisation (30 June 2011: R29,1 billion) and assets (over R45,7 billion). We own and manage 462 properties, providing over 5,4 million square metres of Retail, Office and Industrial space to South African and Australian businesses. We also have a 50% interest in the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, South Africa, which owns property valued at R9,6 billion. We have 456 people working in our offices and at properties across South Africa.
