All employees qualify for the following benefits:

Membership of a medical aid scheme and retirement fund, with a choice of corporate schemes that provide comprehensive cost-effective cover. There is additional dreaded disease and personal accident cover.
In the event of extended absence, access to insured benefits that provide income replacement for temporary disability, rehabilitation and permanent disability benefits. Maternity leave covers the full statutory period and is fully paid.
Access to a confidential 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme, either though telephonic or face-to-face support. Services include personal and relationship counselling, wellness services and personal financial planning.
Compassionate leave, paternity leave, family responsibility leave and religious leave (over and above the statutory holidays).
Study leave. Staff members who are studying may be given financial assistance, where their study is aligned to their career at Growthpoint and is approved by their manager.
