This commitment is embodied in a written code of ethics that is part of the board charter. The code seeks to ensure that Growthpoint and its agents conduct the business according to the highest ethical standards. This includes compliance with any applicable laws and regulatory bodies, and in a manner that is beyond reproach (see "Code of ethics").

 

We also have a number of policies in place to encourage ethical behaviour among management and employees. These policies are made available to employees through the intranet and Human Resources department.
